An evolved play based on the folk and cultural traditions of the Bodos, Monglee looks at various aspects of their community life. Monglee is believed to be the youngest daughter-in-law of an old woman with five sons. Blessed with a pure heart, Monglee roams around and sings all day. One day an old man called Zara Phagla comes searching for her and tells her how he has dreamt of creation and Kheria.
